How long does delivery take for larger garden sets?
Most in-stock items are delivered within 5-7 working days. Our specialist two-man delivery team will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient time slot and ensure your furniture is placed exactly where you want it.
Do I need to treat my teak furniture with oil?
Teak is naturally high in oils and does not require treatment to survive outdoors. Over time, it will weather to a beautiful silvery-grey. If you prefer the original golden-brown look, we recommend applying a teak protector once a year.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day no-quibble return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer service team to arrange a collection and a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition.
