At Cotswold Teak, we want you to be delighted with your garden furniture; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and include all assembly components and packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the teak furniture if necessary and place it back into its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
Once approved, we will coordinate a convenient collection date with our specialized furniture couriers to safely transport the items back to our warehouse.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our workshop team inspects the returned goods to ensure they meet our resale standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
